Mater Dolorosa Church, Berlin-Lankwitz Services: Design, Installation and Tuning of Sound System
The Mater Dolorosa Church in Berlin-Lankwitz didn't have any sound system since the old system broke down in the 1960s and was simply not replaced.
The priest and some other members of the congregation simply got used to speaking extremely loud, but many people were simply excluded from speaking in the church at all.
For that reason it was decided to assign
with the design and installation of a new sound system.

The church required that only two speakers are mounted; only DSP-controlled loudspeakers with sufficient length could meet both acoustical and architectural requirements.The speakers and their custom-made mounting system were painted to match the color of the historic granite columns.
